On the occasion of 56^th birthday of His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji “Guru Pooja Diwas”
was celebrated in Melbourne, Australia on 21^st & 23^rd February 2010.

SNM Melbourne organised a Sewadal Rally and Plantation Drive on 21st February, 2010
The event was attended by:
Mr Jude Perera – MP representing Premier of Victoria,
who appreciated Volunteers’ efforts in local community and congratulated His Holiness
with Premier’s message presented on behalf of the Victorian Government

Mr Vijay Sharma – Vice Consul representing Consulate General of India – Melbourne,
who conveyed a message from Ms Anita Nayar – Consul General and
thanked SNM Melbourne for its’ contributions to Indian & local community welfare

Mr Doug Allen – Community Relations Officer, Australian Red Cross Blood Service
who awarded SNM Melbourne with a Certificate of Appreciation
and thanked volunteers for their ongoing Blood Donations.

A special Cultural Program was organised on 23^rd February 2010 in which all devotees’ seek
blessings of Baba Ji with performances including Bhangra, Gidda, Plays and more.
