Satsang Programme in the Divine Presence of
Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj

Samagam Ground No. 8, Nirankari Chowk, Delhi: January 07, 2018

The first Sunday congregation of the year-2018 to be addressed by Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj was held at Ground No.8 in Delhi on January 7. It was attended by a large number of devotees from Delhi and surrounding areas. Blessing the devotees, Her Holiness said:

“Saints, I returned from UAE only yesterday in the afternoon. There also I could see all the saints who are mostly from India staying there alone in connection with their occupations while their families stay back in India. Whenever we talk to them, they say that they are fortunate to have this loving Nirankari Parivar (fellow-devotees), otherwise it would be very difficult to stay alone far away from the family. They have only one prayer that they may never be distanced from this family so that their faith in God continues to strengthen day-by-day.

Saints, believe in God like you believe in the Sun not because you see the Sun but because you can see everything else because of it.

Saints, I came across a line which said- May I continue to see You all around and I wish that You are seen within me also. Saints always pray that this vision of God-knowledge may get reflected from their practical life, as Baba Ji also desire. Let everyone who meets me know from my behaviour that I really belong to Nirankari Parivar.

Saints, may everybody’s faith get strengthened day-by-day, may this feeling of surrender continue to prevail. Mention is being made to the New Year and I wish everybody a happy and prosperous New Year with lots of Sewa, Satsang and Sumiran which we may never distance from.”

Earlier, addressing the congregation Rev Raj Kapoor Ji, Advocate Supreme Court and Member of the Executive Committee of the Sant Nirankari Mandal said that the advent of the New Year becomes a blessing if our actions during the outgoing year have made us positive. We carry them forward and re-present the same which means a gift (present) for the New Year. Positivity comes when we adopt the light of God-knowledge in our-day-today life where Satsang, Sumiran and Sewa assume their own significance. Today, Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj also wants us to have positive thinking and make life blissful.

Rev G.P. Chadha Ji, Kshetriya Sanchalak, Palam Vihar also stressed that as desired by Satguru Mata Ji in her New Year message, let us do more Sewa, Satsang and Sumiran in this New Year. He said that ordinarily the 1st of January is as good as the 31st of December but the New Year dawn serves as a milestone where we halt for a while, assess our actions in the past and take to a new resolution for the New Year. As Satguru Mata Ji desired, let our resolution be for change for good. Let us not resolve to continue our old negative habits but start with positive change which may have positive effect. Again as Satguru Mata Ji said, we must adopt the good change ourselves so that others can also take inspiration from us and adopt the same. Rev Chadha Ji sought blessings from Satguru Mata Ji so that we do not repeat our past mistakes but strengthen our Sewa, Satsang and Sumiran in the New Year.

Rev Navroop Ji from Amritsar said that the most important prayer of a devotee at the holy feet of Satguru is that he may be allowed to do Sewa but he should not become proud of it. She said that Rajkavi Ji used to highlight the value of Satguru’s Holy Darshan. So she prayed to Satguru Mata Ji that she may be given more and more opportunities to be at her holy feet.

Rev Sunil Lamba Ji, Sanyojak Vikaspuri in Delhi said that God-knowledge must be adopted in our actions. This will gradually take us away from bad things of the world and connect us with good things. He, therefore, sought blessings from Satguru Mata Ji to be able to follow her words in letter and spirit.
