Satsang Programme in the Divine Presence of

Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj

Delhi: April 02, 2017

A congregation was held on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Ground No.8, Burari Road, Delhi in the presence of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj. The congregation was attended by huge number of devotees from National Capital Region of Delhi and its adjoining States of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Several saints came from Punjab also. While everybody hailed and welcomed Satguru Mata Ji with ‘Dhan Nirankar’ on the sacred dais, a large number of them joined the lines for Namaskar and holy Darshan.

Blessing the devotees, Satguru Mata Ji said:

“Saints, a few days back a discussion was going on in office complex that the 31st of March is approaching which is the closing of the financial year and this is keeping everybody busy. Saints, we know that every year when 31st of March arrives, it is the closing of financial year. And we remain conscious of it and function accordingly. But the closing of our life no such date. It may happen any time and that too without prior warning.

Saints, our beliefs don’t make us a good person, our behaviour does. Thinking good only is not sufficient, our behaviour, speech and actions have also to be good. When we call someone a Gursikh, it’s not a title, but his own identity and the Mission’s identity.

Saints, when we address someone as a Mahapursha or a saint, it means he has a pure mind and the feelings for the welfare for others. Saints, Baba Ji also said that saints or Mahapurshas are those who always wish as well as do good unto others. Their mind is pure. This is the identity of a Gursikh and we have to maintain it and have the life’s closing with it. This is the account that relates to each moment and we have to maintain this account. And we have to reflect it in every moment of our life”.

Earlier, during the proceedings of the congregation, one of the prominent speakers, Rev Manisha Ji from Chhattarpur, Delhi said that Satguru Mata Ji is teaching us the way of life. Her Holiness wants us to live a life of contentment and give preference to God’s will than our own wishes. We all want to achieve everything one after the other in quick succession. But a saint never leaves the path of contentment and satisfaction. He does not leave the path of love, humility and acceptance of God’s will.

Rev Manisha Ji added that one needs to work on oneself and upgrade gradually. If we think we are at Grade C, then we should work towards Grade B and if we are at Grade B, we should try to achieve Grade A. A devotee surrenders himself to God as clay surrenders to the will of potter to give it whatever shape he wants to give. Let’s also surrender to the will of Satguru Mata Ji.

Rev. Rakesh Joshi Ji from Loni Border, Ghaziabad, quoting a Sanskrit Shaloka, said that as a devotee is blessed with God–knowledge (Gyan), he is expected to become humble with the new learning and need to unlearn the earlier understanding to get fulfilled with new learning. God-knowledge makes one humble and humility should come naturally. Humility then makes one eligible for achieving peace and bliss.

Speaking on the occasion, Rev. Sandeep Chaudhary Ji from Bangalore, said that one needs to stick to basics. Basics here are constant remembrance of Nirankar, remaining humble all the time and be conscious of Nirankar’s presence everywhere all the time. A devotee deals with every situation keeping in mind the basics as taught by Satguru. And Satguru in turn covers the faults and mistakes of devotees and blesses them all the time.
